Lean and agile metrics. Literature review and framework for measuring leagile supply chain

Purpose The aim of this paper is to review metrics and develop a framework for measuring leagile supply chain. Metrics that are applicable in the lean, agile strategies identified literature then combined into can reflect both lean – strategy. Design/methodology/approach This work based on systematic review. Literature was collected, were extracted, analysed, counted grouped framework. Findings compared against indicate there sets specific strategy, such as process-focused, cost, productivity, inventory delivery-based metrics, flexibility, responsiveness, information sharing cooperation. There also common strategies; they related time, quality customer satisfaction. Lean measures tangible focused internal processes products, while targeted at external environment. Practical implications could be used by practitioners starting point performance system design. Originality/value need stop looking separate distinct strategies.
